For organizations interested in either becoming more demand-driven or transforming into an intermediary, an important first step is to assess and baseline your current organizational model. In 2012, Accenture worked with Skills for America’s Future in a pro bono capacity to create a Demand-Driven Blueprint. Part of this blueprint was an evaluation tool for organizations to locate themselves on the demand-driven continuum and determine whether their model was more supply/candidate-driven or demand/business-driven.
