Step 3 – Concept Design & Agreement on Business Plan

Key partners need to align on a well thought out business plan and organizational design. A business plan should answer questions about goals, outcomes, funding needed, organizational structure, and time to implement. Driving towards a business plan which all partners agree to is a crucial step to ensure alignment on the direction.

Key Questions to Ask:

Who needs to be at the table? Key funders, CEOs, influencers and government officials?

What are the metrics that define success?

What best practices can you build in from other organizations?

What elements do you need in your written business and financial plan? Can all parties agree to it?
